It's Awards Season!

Strategic Objectives is proud to receive six awards for our work with Amazon Canada and Kia Canada.

The Amazon Canada Alexa+ launch received three CPRS ACE Awards, including Gold for Special Events or Experiential Marketing, along with awards in Media Relations and New Product or Service Launch Campaign of the Year. In addition, the launch achieved the IABC/Toronto OVATION Award for Media Relations. 

The Kia Canada EV5 launch demonstrated excellence in experiential marketing, earning a CPRS Toronto ACE Award for Special Events or Experiential Marketing and the IABC/Toronto OVATION Award for Special Events.

Toronto rapper, Drake, had the six running wild with anticipation for his upcoming album release, “Iceman”, thanks to an ice sculpture installation popping up overnight in the city’s downtown core. What was inside? The album’s release date and money hidden for a lucky fan to find. Fan’s and curious Torontonians quickly flocked to the site, posing for photos with the 25-foot tall ice sculpture before its removal. 

This promotional stunt highlights how curiosity is key in driving interest and amplifying organic coverage. Installations, when done right, create opportunities for brands to reach new audiences, spark intrigue and have their story picked up on a global scale.
