The new standard in performance wellness lands in Canada
RCVRI, a premium performance wellness and recovery studio, is set to open its first Canadian location this July 2025 in downtown Toronto, and has selected Strategic Objectives, Canada’s most award-winning PR and communications agency, to help launch the brand into Canada.
First launched in Australia in 2019, RCVRI (pronounced “recovery”) is at the forefront of a fast-growing global movement redefining how we care for our bodies and minds. With a science-backed, luxury approach to rest, recovery, and performance, RCVRI’s mission is to empower active individuals to achieve peak wellness and help them improve their physical and mental everyday performance.
The Home of Performance Wellness
“Until now, access to high-performance recovery technology has been limited to professional athletes,” says Ashley Haraburda, Managing Partner, RCVRI Toronto. “We’re bringing RCVRI to Canada to close that gap, making evidence-based recovery accessible in a way that feels elevated, effective, and inviting. Strategic Objectives is the natural partner to help us launch this vision and lead the conversation around what recovery really means.”
RCVRI Toronto is designed to support everyone from high-performing professionals and fitness enthusiasts to longevity seekers, busy parents, and elite athletes. In just 30 minutes, guests can experience a curated selection of proven recovery modalities, including traditional saunas, cold and hot water contrast therapy, NormaTec compression, PEMF therapy, red-light therapy, and zero-gravity flotation beds – all in a sleek, spa-like setting.
Fueling the Recovery Revolution
RCVRI’s Toronto launch strategy is designed to build cultural relevance and authority in a rapidly evolving wellness space. The campaign includes a steady pulse of outreach focused on thought leadership, strategic partnerships, expert-led education, tastemaker trial sessions and targeted media engagement, establishing RCVRI as the city’s go-to wellness destination.
“We believe RCVRI is exactly what Toronto’s wellness world needs right now,” says Sadie Tory, Director, Strategic Objectives. “As we shift away from hustle culture and toward more sustainable approaches to health, recovery is no longer optional – it’s essential. We’re proud to help RCVRI lead this next evolution of wellness in Canada, where rest, science, and performance intersect.”
RCVRI’s flagship Toronto studio opens at 8 Mercer Street on July 1, 2025. Stay tuned as Toronto gets ready to restore, recharge, and recover.
